Sandra Kleiner – Branch Manager
With an Associate Diploma in Management and working in the banking industry for over 25 years, Sandra’s professional experience extends from Business Banking to the Retail Sector. Commencing with Freshwater Community Bank® Branch in 2005, and Assistant Manager to Ken Ward since 2009.
Sandra has been Branch Manager since 2011 and now leads a team of eight staff within the branch at Freshwater. Offering extensive financial knowledge and banking expertise to assist current Bendigo customers, her approachability and dedication to the local community are qualities complementary to her position as Branch Manager.
Kasey Kaye – Customer Relationship Manager
Kasey has been a part of Freshwater Community Bank® Branch since 2005.
With exceptional administration skills, acquired by working with various accounting firms in the local area, Kasey is a proud member of the Freshwater Community.
Recently completing a Diploma in Financial Services, Kasey’s financial knowledge and technical skills are an invaluable support to the branch as with her friendly customer service and team ethic.
With one child at high school, one attending Harbord Public School and a toddler at home, Kasey works part time as a Customer Relationship Manager.
Leah Abrahams – Customer Relationship Officer
This is Leah’s second stint at working for Bendigo Bank, having previously worked for the Dee Why Branch as a lender.
She has been working in credit unions and banking in the area for nearly a third of her life, and has always called the beaches home.
Part time rock star and comedian, the Former Dux of Harbord Public School (Harbord University) and former Prefect at Mackellar Girls High Schoo has landed at the Freshwater Community Bank® Branch in service to her local community.
Having completed a winter season in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and more recently returned from a once in a lifetime trip around Europe and North America, it has become clear that in the great wide world, small connected communities are the place to be.
She looks forward to reconnecting with and meeting the new community of the Freshwater Community Bank® Branch.
Su-Ellen Laing – Senior Customer Service Officer
Su-Ellen joined our team at Freshwater Community Bank® Branch in 2005 and offers 20 years of banking expertise.
With experience from various financial institutions, Su is a resource of knowledge in current banking practices and is meticulous in servicing customer needs.
Cheerie Watt – Customer Service Officer
Cheerie joined our team in 2005 in support of the Community Bank® philosophy.
With an extensive Sales background working for a local Import Company, Cheerie brings her quality customer service and product knowledge to the team.t and involved in the activities of Freshwater, Cheerie is passionate about the role we play in the community.
Kerryn Hamilton – Senior Customer Service Officer
Kerryn has lived in Freshwater her whole life. Attending Harbord Primary School and Freshwater High, she has a long standing relationship with the local schools and members of the community.
Originally working for 10 years in the finance industry, Kerryn dedicated the years following to raising her three children.
Joining the Freshwater Community Bank® Branch in 2010, Kerryn’s previous qualifications, efficiency and personal investment in the community are an asset to the team.n numerous local sporting groups and is our resident Manly Warringah Sea Eagles fanatic.
Kathy McDonald – Customer Service Officer
Kathy joined Freshwater Community Bank® in August 2016, bringing over 20 years’ experience in Insurance and Credit Unions.
Kathy has been involved in past in the fitness industry as an Personal trainer and Fitness Instructor on the North Shore.
